Knitting is the core process in pantyhose production. Our factory is equipped with imported high-speed hosiery knitting machines from leading brands such as LONATI (Italy), covering single-cylinder, double-cylinder, and seamless knitting models. Needle gauge ranges from 96N to 200N, enabling us to produce everything from ultra-sheer micro-fiber styles to thick velvet thermal pantyhose. The workshop operates under a digital management system, supporting both small-batch custom orders and large-volume mass production, with daily capacity flexibly adjustable to order requirements. For international clients, the knitting process allows customization of different denier levels and compression values (customizable within 10–20 mmHg) for functional pantyhose, including shaping, massage, and anti-varicose vein designs.
Sewing Workshop | High-Precision Stitching – Mastering the Details
The sewing process directly determines wearing comfort and durability. This workshop is equipped with fully automatic toe-closing machines and assembly lines, utilizing seamless / flat-seam stitching technology to ensure a smooth, flat toe area that minimizes friction and discomfort. We offer customized crotch designs (e.g., T-crotch, diamond-crotch, open-crotch) and support both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) services, accurately reproducing client design drawings. Strict tension control is maintained throughout the sewing process for elastic fabrics, with finished products achieving extension rates of 40–41 cm at the leg and 20–21 cm at the foot sole – exceeding industry standards.
Dyeing & Finishing Workshop | Eco-Friendly Coloring – Softening the Touch
This workshop features low-liquor-ratio environmentally friendly dyeing equipment and uses dyes certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100, ensuring color fastness of Level 4 or above with no color variation or fading. Post-finishing processes include pre-setting, softening treatment, anti-pilling, and functional finishes such as antibacterial and odor-resistant coatings. To meet export requirements, the workshop strictly adheres to ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standards, ensuring products comply with market access criteria for Europe, the Americas, Japan, and South Korea. An in-house sample dyeing laboratory enables rapid sampling response, with color swatch samples delivered within 3–5 working days.
Setting / Heat-Setting Workshop | High-Temperature Shaping – Defining the Fit
Heat-setting is the critical step that locks in the shape and compression profile of each pair of pantyhose. We use fully automatic imported setting machines with high-temperature steam and precision molds to ensure consistent dimensional stability and even pressure distribution across all products. The workshop is stocked with multiple mold sizes, supporting standard sizes (S–XXL) as well as custom fits such as extra-long and plus-size variants to accommodate different body types across target export markets. Whether flat-knit, T-crotch, reinforced-toe, or open-toe styles, the setting process precisely matches client specifications. After setting, every pair undergoes 100% visual inspection to guarantee zero defects, including needle lines, stains, or runs.
Packaging Workshop | Standardized Packaging – Preserving Product Presentation
The packaging workshop features fully automatic packaging lines as well as manual packaging stations, capable of providing various packaging formats including polybags, boxes, blister cards, and gift boxes according to client requirements. We offer one-stop customization of brand hang-tags, barcodes, care labels, and other accessories. Prior to packaging, finished products undergo 100% light-table inspection, with quality control standards aligned with third-party pre-shipment inspection protocols. Products are verified to match approved samples in style, color, size, and packaging specifications. Packaged goods are prepared for sea or air freight with barcode management and anti-counterfeiting / channel traceability services available.
