You tell us: Denier, size mix, color, packaging.

Step 2: Sample Making → Approval (7-10 days)
We ship you 3-5 pcs wear-test samples + color swatches. You keep the Golden Sample as quality standard.

Step 3: Bulk Production (20-30 days)
Knitting → Dyeing → Setting → Seaming (hand-linked optional) → Anti-snag coating → Packing with UPC labels.

Step 4: Mid & Final Inspection (AQL 2.5)
We share inspection photos/reports. 4 key checks: weight tolerance, shrinkage, snagging, blister sealing.

Step 5: Shipping & Documentation (25-40 days by sea)
We provide: B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, CO, and container loading video.

Step 6: After-Sales
Quality claim response within 48 hours.

Total Lead Time: 55–85 days.
