What private label means here

Buyers often use "private label", "OEM" and "ODM" interchangeably. In practice there are three different levels of involvement, and they carry different minimum quantities because of the tooling and development work behind them.

• Private label / white label — you take an existing construction, add your brand, label and packaging. Lowest MOQ, fastest to launch.
• OEM — you supply the design, colour and specification; we manufacture to it. Medium MOQ.
• ODM — we develop the construction with you, including new knitting patterns or constructions. Higher MOQ, longest development cycle.

Private label production typically starts from 500–1,000 pairs. Fully custom OEM/ODM development requires a higher minimum because each new construction has to be set up on the machines.

How the process works

1. You send a reference sample, tech pack or target specification — a reference photo alone is often enough to start.
2. We recommend a construction and quote, including our comments on anything that will affect cost or durability.
3. Sample development takes approximately 7–10 days. We typically supply several pieces plus colour swatches so you can wear-test and validate.
4. You approve the sample and confirm packaging and label artwork.
5. Bulk production runs approximately 20–30 days after sample approval.
6. Pre-shipment inspection is carried out on an AQL basis, with photo or video evidence available.
7. Shipment by express, air or sea freight — sea freight typically takes 25–40 days, with Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading and Certificate of Origin provided.
