Four variables drive almost all of the price difference between one quotation for the same product and another. When you compare quotes, make sure you are comparing the same thing on all four:

1. Yarn and denier — a 15D sheer and a 40D opaque are different products at different costs, even if both look "thin" in a photo.
2. Construction detail — control top, cotton gusset, back seam, reinforced toe and toeless each add material and machine time.
3. Branding and packaging — woven labels, printed waistbands, hang tags and retail boxes can add more cost than buyers expect.
4. Order quantity — private label typically starts from 500–1,000 pairs, and unit cost falls as volume rises.

Lead times

• Sample development: approximately 7–10 days
• Bulk production: approximately 20–30 days after sample approval
• Sea freight: approximately 25–40 days, depending on destination and port
• Express courier: around 10 days for samples and small trial orders

Opaque and thermal styles peak in autumn and winter. If you are planning a winter programme, place production orders early enough to absorb both the 20–30 day production window and the sea freight transit.

How to evaluate a pantyhose supplier

These are the questions that separate a manufacturer from a middleman, and they apply to us as much as to anyone else you compare.

• Ask for the factory, not the catalogue. Request a video call or a walkthrough of the knitting floor, and ask how many machines they run. We operate 300+ knitting machines across approximately 10,000 m².
• Ask what they cannot do. A manufacturer who makes hosiery only will tell you the denier and construction limits immediately. A trader will agree to everything.
• Test the sampling stage. Order samples before bulk. Wear-test them, wash them, and check whether the shade and fit hold up. Sampling takes about 7–10 days.
• Ask about inspection. Confirm whether goods are inspected before shipment and on what basis. We inspect on an AQL basis and can provide photographic or video evidence.
• Confirm the documents. For export you should expect a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading and Certificate of Origin.
• Start with a trial order. A small first order tells you more about a supplier's reliability than any catalogue.
