Refund, Return & Payment Policy

Thank you for choosing Dongyang Jiban Apparel Co., Ltd. We supply hosiery products for stock, sample, wholesale, private-label, OEM and ODM orders. This policy explains how returns, refunds and payments are handled.

Please read this policy before placing an order. Product-specific quotation terms, an approved sample, a purchase order, or a signed sales contract may contain additional terms. If there is a conflict, the written terms confirmed for the specific order will apply.

Order Types

Our orders generally include stock products, sample orders, wholesale orders, private-label orders, and OEM/ODM orders. Custom orders may be produced, labeled, packed or developed according to buyer-approved specifications.

Payment Methods

PayPal

PayPal is available for eligible website and sample payments, subject to the payment options shown at checkout. PayPal may also be used for an approved quotation when confirmed by our sales team.

An order is treated as paid only after the payment has been successfully received and matched to the order or quotation. Approved PayPal refunds are normally sent to the original PayPal transaction or original payment method, subject to PayPal processing rules.

T/T Bank Transfer

T/T bank transfer is available for approved wholesale, private-label and OEM/ODM orders. The payment schedule, currency, beneficiary details, bank charges and balance-payment condition will be stated in the quotation or sales contract for the specific order.

Production starts only after the required payment has been received and the order specifications have been approved in writing. Please send the transfer receipt with the quotation number or order number to jibantights@gmail.com.

Do not transfer funds to a bank account unless the account details have been confirmed in writing by our authorized sales team. If you receive a change-of-bank-details request, verify it through a previously confirmed contact channel before making payment.

Stock and Sample Order Returns

For stock or sample products purchased through the website, a return request should be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at jibantights@gmail.com with the order number, buyer name and email, product name or SKU, reason for return, and photos or video where relevant.

A change-of-mind return must be unused, unworn, unaltered, in its original undamaged packaging, and suitable for resale. For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened, worn or used hosiery may not be eligible for return unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, subject to applicable law.

Do not send a product back before receiving return instructions and a return address from our customer-service team.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if a product is damaged, defective or different from the confirmed order. Provide clear photos or video of the outer packaging, shipping label, product, label, defect or incorrect specification, and order or quotation number.

After review, we may offer a replacement, reproduction of the affected quantity, repair or correction where appropriate, refund of the affected product value, or another agreed remedy. We may ask for the product to be returned or retained for inspection.

Wholesale, Private-Label and OEM/ODM Orders

Because these orders may be produced, labeled, packed or developed according to buyer-approved specifications, they are not normally eligible for a change-of-mind return after production has started.

Before production, the buyer is responsible for reviewing and approving the product specifications, size range, color and denier, material composition, logo and packaging artwork, barcodes, quantity, packing ratio, approved sample or golden sample, and destination requirements where applicable.

If a custom order does not conform to the written quotation, approved sample, golden sample or confirmed specifications, notify us within 7 days after delivery and provide supporting evidence. We will review the claim and agree on an appropriate remedy in accordance with the quotation or sales contract.

Cancellation

Send cancellation requests to jibantights@gmail.com as soon as possible. Cancellation may be possible before production, material purchasing, artwork preparation or other non-recoverable costs have been incurred. Once materials have been purchased, artwork has been approved, production has started or custom packaging has been made, cancellation may be unavailable or subject to costs already incurred. The specific quotation or sales contract will apply.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, we will confirm the amount and method by email.

PayPal refunds are normally sent to the original PayPal transaction or original payment method. T/T refunds are normally sent to the verified bank account used by the buyer, subject to the quotation, sales contract, bank processing and applicable charges.

We will submit an approved refund within 5–10 business days after approval. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider or bank. Currency conversion or provider charges may affect the amount received.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is caused by a confirmed product defect, shipping damage, our error or another reason for which we are responsible, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For an approved defective, damaged or incorrect-product claim, we will confirm the return-shipping arrangement before the product is sent back.

Non-Refundable or Special-Cost Items

Unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing, custom labels, hangtags, barcodes, packaging, custom colors or patterns, product-development fees, tooling, artwork or setup fees, products made to buyer specifications, and third-party shipping, customs, duties, taxes or bank charges already paid may not be refundable after they have been incurred.

How to Submit a Request

Email jibantights@gmail.com with the subject “Refund or Return Request – [Order Number]”. Include the order or quotation number, buyer contact details, product name or SKU, affected quantity, reason, photos or video where relevant, and preferred remedy. For a T/T refund, our finance team will verify beneficiary details before submitting the refund.
